Avocado
1 carrot
1 cucumber
3 stalks asparagus
Cut carrot and cucumber into small strips length-wise. Chop off end ½ inch of the asparagus stalk. Lay 1 sheet nori down and lay meat atop it, covering all edges. Spread avocado over entire level. Bunch up your choice of carrots, cucumbers, and asparagus at one side of the nori and roll tightly. Lightly wet one side of nori to make the sushi stick closed. Cut into sections with sharp knife.
