I personally have lost weight and experienced excellent shifts in my body composition, strength, endurance, fitness, and health since beginning a Paleolithic Lifestyle. The diet's foundation in reality and science, and the continued success of my peers has convinced me that this is the best candidate for a model of the 'optimal human diet' that we have currently.

Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. Our food should be our medicine.
